If I have a business that sells Pet & Aquatic Products what do I do next?
Contact us at sales@glenkrag.co.uk or contact our Tele Sales office. Supply us with your name, address and details of your business or what your plans are. This contact will then be passed onto the area representative who will make arrangements to call and discuss your requirements.
Is there a minimum amount I can order?
Yes, As per our terms and conditions
What are Glenkrag's Opening Hours?
8am - 5.30pm Monday - Thursday, 8am - 4.30pm Friday
What is the latest time I can place an order?
All orders for delivery next working day should be with us by 12 noon. Additions should be ideally in by 3pm.
Can Glenkrag offer me any advice on Expansion, opening a new shop or refurbishing my existing premises?
Glenkrag Limited have a wealth of knowledge and contacts in all these areas. Simply ask your representative or contact sales@glenkrag.co.uk We will be very pleased to offer our advice.
My business is miles away from Carrickfergus. Surely Glenkrag cannot offer me a regular free delivery?
Glenkrag Limited deliver across all of Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. Deliveries are made on our own vehicles on a regular basis.
Who can I turn to for advice on fish health or water chemistry?
Glenkrag Limited have a Fish House Help Line number 028 9335 9507(NI) - 048 9335 95007 (ROI) We also have a dedicated Fish Person in Tele Sales who can offer advice on what is sitting particularly nice on the day and what current Special Offers we have available.
